Description

Back to the Garden 1969 is returning back to The Broadway Theatre of Pitman, bringing the legendary sounds of Woodstock to life once again. This powerful tribute celebrates the music of the artists who made Woodstock iconic, including Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, Jimi Hendrix, Sly & The Family Stone, Jefferson Airplane, Santana, Joe Cocker, Janis Joplin, The Band, Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Who, Richie Havens, Melanie, Arlo Guthrie, Blood, Sweat & Tears, The Grateful Dead, and many more.

More than just a concert, Back to the Garden 1969 is a full multimedia theatrical event. With period costuming, lighting, video, and sound bites, you’ll be transported right into the Woodstock experience. Storytelling deepens the journey, sharing tales of the festival, the legendary performers, and the spirit of the 1960s.

Unlike most tribute acts that honor a single artist, Back to the Garden 1969 celebrates an entire cultural moment—the birth of what we now call “Classic Rock.” From nostalgic Baby Boomers to curious Gen Z’ers, there’s something in this show for everyone.

So grab your tie dye and love beads—Woodstock is returning to Pitman!

Rated PG: Enjoyable for all ages, though some performances may be better suited for ages 10 and up.
