Please be advised that all attendees must have a ticket to enter the theatre. Children under six months attending one of our Children’s Theatre performances can obtain a discounted lap ticket. However, for all other performances, each person must have a fully paid ticket.

Ready to purchase tickets for your favorite show or event? Here is a step-by-step guide to make the process a breeze:

  • Visit TheBroadwayTheatre.org and select the show you wish to attend.
  • Choose the date and time from the available options.
  • Click on “select seats” to choose your preferred seats from the red ones available.
  • Once you have selected your seats, click “Buy Tickets” to proceed to checkout.
  • Fill out the required information and complete your order.
  • After your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from The Broadway Theatre of Pitman that includes your five-digit order number.
  • On the day of the show, simply stop by the Box Office 90 minutes before show time to pick up your tickets.

That’s it! You’re all set to enjoy your Broadway Theatre experience.

Please note that missed performances are non-refundable and non-creditable. All sales are final. If you need to exchange your Mainstage Season tickets, follow these simple steps:

  • If you haven’t missed your show and it’s not within seven business days of your original show date, bring your unused tickets to the box office. You will see a RED 300lb vintage mailbox bolted to the wall with envelopes and pencils hanging behind it. Fill out the envelope, put the unused tickets inside, and drop it in the mailbox. Our customer service team will contact you regarding your new show date and available seating.
  • If you have missed your show or are within seven business days of your show date, please do not place your tickets in an envelope or drop them off in the mailbox. Instead, take your unused tickets to the box office of the performance date you wish to attend, starting 90 minutes before showtime. You will be given tickets from the available seats at that time.

Please check our Facebook Page on days of inclement weather for any cancellations or additional information regarding our show. If there is no post regarding a cancellation, the show will commence as planned. If, however, your performance is cancelled due to inclement weather, we will notify you within 5 days.

PayPal is our merchant service provider; PayPal is not required to make a payment. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard or American Express. We do accept Discover on the website but not when placing your order over the phone.

Tickets can be picked up at the theatre’s box office 90 minutes before show time. Don’t forget to bring your 5-digit confirmation number with you. This will help us locate your order if it’s not found under your name.

We do not have an elevator.

We offer two concession stands for your convenience – one located in the downstairs lobby as you enter, and the other on the second level. Our concessions offer a variety of refreshments, including candy, soda, popcorn, alcoholic beverages, and water which can be purchased using cash or card.

The theatre doors will open 30 minutes before the show begins.

We have one thousand seats at The Broadway Theatre of Pitman.

Our Children’s Theatre musicals are best suitable for children aged 2-9 years old.

Most of our shows have played on Broadway and many have been made into movies. If you are worried about certain themes, a little internet research will help you decide what shows are best for your family. If you have a question about show content, feel free to contact our Customer Service Department at 856-384-8381.

We kindly request that you do some research on the band before buying tickets to our concerts. While many of our bands are tribute bands, we encourage you to consider if you would take your child to see the real group. If so, then they will be mature enough to attend our tribute show.

We offer a special season package for all of our six Mainstage shows, but act fast because it’s only available for a limited time around May or June. Keep an eye out for our announcement of the upcoming season, where we will begin advertising the package through email, Facebook, and brochures. Remember, the season packages are only available for a specific period. Once that time has passed, individual show tickets will be the only option available for purchase.

We’re excited to offer eleven of our fantastic Children’s Theatre productions in a season package for a limited time only. Keep an eye out for our season announcement, where we’ll begin advertising the package via email, Facebook, and brochures. Remember, the season packages are only available during a specific time period. Once that date has passed, you’ll no longer be able to purchase the eleven shows as a season and will have to buy individual show tickets instead.

We do not provide a coat check service.

Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside The Broadway Theatre of Pitman.

The Broadway Theatre of Pitman offers devices to assist the hearing impaired for all performances. Hearing enhancers are available at the tech booth on a first-come, first-served basis; quantities are limited.

Yes, but not all seat locations are. Please call-in advance for wheelchair seating, as seating is limited and offered to patrons on a first come first served basis. We have special wheelchair seating in the main level of our theatre. We also offer handicapped accessible restrooms on our main level as well. We do not have an elevator to the second level of the theatre so please keep that in mind.

No photography or recording devices are permitted in the theatre.

Our in-house productions do not offer any show merchandise. However, it’s possible that external performers may bring merchandise to their events.

As a valued patron of our theatre, you can enjoy exclusive discounts on food and drinks at Martini’s On Broadway on the night of a performance. In addition, you can stop by the bar during the show or intermission to grab a drink and take it to your seat. We highly recommend taking advantage of this offer and visiting them.

To avoid missing any part of the show due to traffic or parking issues, it’s best to arrive at the theatre early. If you need to pick up your ticket at the box office, make sure you arrive at least 60 minutes before the show’s start time, as there may be a long line. The theatre doors open 30 minutes before the performance begins.

We do not have an official dress code; however, we would encourage comfortable, smart casual wear.

To avoid causing a disruption during a performance, we kindly ask that you give yourself plenty of time for driving, dining, and parking. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management, and in most cases, will be asked to take the first available seat until intermission. After intermission, you may reclaim your original seats. Please make sure to arrive on time to ensure an enjoyable experience for all.

We do not provide discounts for groups. However, if you have a larger group, please contact us at 856-384-8381 and we will be happy to assist you in finding the best seating options for your party.

If you’ve misplaced your tickets or they never arrived, there’s no need to worry. Just visit the box office on the night of your performance and provide your name. They will be able to reprint your tickets or look up your seats.

Will-call tickets are located at the Box Office and are for patrons who ordered their tickets in advance. On show days, the box office is open for will-call and same day performance sales until 30 minutes after a performance begins. You may pick up your tickets beginning 90 minutes prior to the show time.

Please note that outside food and drinks are not allowed, with the exception of beverages purchased from Martini’s On Broadway, as they are connected to the theatre.

We do not have an ATM at the theatre. The closest ATM is down the street at Fulton Bank, about a 3-minute walk from the theatre.

We do not offer public Wi-Fi to connect to.

Meeting with artists to acquire autographs is subject to the artists’ discretion and may vary on a case-by-case basis. Some artists might set up tables in the lobby after their performance to interact with fans. Others might offer “meet and greet” opportunities as part of fan club or VIP ticket packages, either before or after the show. Without prior approval from the artist’s management, no one is permitted to access backstage to meet with any artist.

We do not have opera glasses available to rent or buy.

During an emergency, all guests are expected to follow the instructions provided by venue staff with respect to theatre operations and emergency response procedures.

Re-entry is permitted with a valid ticket. Those without a ticket to the performance will not be granted re-entry.

We have various restroom facilities located throughout the theatre, including a men’s and women’s room to the right of the lobby (between the theatre and Martini’s On Broadway), an additional men’s room in the basement of the lobby, and another women’s room on the second floor of the theatre and under the steps on the main level. Please note that our restrooms are designated for single-person occupancy unless there is a valid need for accompaniment.
