When are your Mainstage Season packages available?
When are your Children’s Theatre season packages available?
We’re excited to offer eleven of our fantastic Children’s Theatre productions in a season package for a limited time only. Keep an eye out for our season announcement, where we’ll begin advertising the package via email, Facebook, and brochures. Remember, the season packages are only available during a specific time period. Once that date has passed, you’ll no longer be able to purchase the eleven shows as a season and will have to buy individual show tickets instead.
Ticket Pickup, Delivery & Exchanges
When/how/where do you pick up tickets?
What are will-call tickets and where do I pick them up?
Will-call tickets are located at the Box Office and are for patrons who ordered their tickets in advance. On show days, the box office is open for will-call and same day performance sales until 30 minutes after a performance begins. You may pick up your tickets beginning 90 minutes prior to the show time.

Please note: Exchanges are available for Mainstage Season performances only. This policy does not apply to concerts, comedians, or other outside events.
For Advanced Exchanges (Mainstage Season Performances Only):
We must receive your original tickets at least 7 business days before EITHER your original show date OR the new show date you’d like to attend, whichever comes first.
Visit The Broadway Theatre of Pitman at 43 S Broadway, Pitman NJ.
Locate the red mailbox across from the box office.
Fill out an envelope with your contact details.
Place your unused tickets into the envelope and seal it.
Drop the envelope into the red mailbox.
Once we receive your tickets, our Customer Service team will contact you to secure your alternate reserved tickets. No fees apply for exchanges made this way.
For Exchanges Within 7 Business Days OR After a Missed Performance (Mainstage Season Performances Only):
Reserved seating is no longer guaranteed.
- Go to the box office on the new show date of the same show you’d like to attend.
