Now’s your chance for your child to be a star at our 2024 Summer Camp! Children learn the art of live theatre and perform on stage at the Broadway Theatre of Pitman this summer! Each lesson will include singing, acting, dancing, and rehearsal. Through Summer Camp, campers make long lasting friendships, memories, and find a passion in performing in front of a large audience on stage! Check out below our two sessions we offer and shows the kids will be performing in 2024!
Session One: July 15 – August 2, 2024
Disney’s Finding Nemo KIDS (5–9-year-olds) and Disney’s Beauty and The Beast JR. (10-14-year-olds) has CLOSED. We are no longer accepting applications for these age groups.
Young adults aged 13-18 will be performing Legally Blonde The Musical.
Children aged 5-9 will be performing Disney’s Finding Nemo KIDS
Marlin, an anxious and over-protective clownfish, lives in the Great Barrier Reef with his kid Nemo, who longs to explore the world beyond their anemone home. But when Nemo is captured and taken to Sydney, Marlin faces his fears and sets off on an epic adventure across the ocean. With the help of lovable characters such as optimistic Dory, laid-back sea turtle Crush, and the supportive Tank Gang, Marlin and Nemo both overcome challenges on their journey to find each other and themselves. Featuring memorable songs such as “Just Keep Swimming,” “Fish Are Friends Not Food,” and “Go With the Flow,” Finding Nemo KIDS brings a vibrant underwater world to life on stage in a story full of family, friendship, and adventure.
Children aged 10-14 will be performing Disney’s Beauty and The Beast JR
The classic story tells of Belle, a young woman in a provincial town, and the Beast, who is really a young prince trapped under the spell of an enchantress. If the Beast can learn to love and be loved, the curse will end and he will be transformed to his former self. But time is running out. If the Beast does not learn his lesson soon, he and his household will be doomed for all eternity.

Elle Woods appears to have it all. Her life is turned upside down when her boyfriend Warner dumps her so he can attend Harvard Law. Determined to get him back, Elle ingeniously charms her way into the prestigious law school. While there, she struggles with peers, professors, and her ex. With the support of some new friends, though, Elle quickly realizes her potential and sets out to prove herself to the world.
Session Two: August 5 – August 23, 2024
Children aged 5-9 will be performing Disney’s Winnie the Pooh KIDS. Shrek The Musical JR. (10-14-year-olds) has CLOSED, we are no longer accepting applications for this age group. Young adults aged 13-18 will be performing A Chorus Line: Teen Edition.

Welcome to the Hundred Acre Wood, where Winnie the Pooh is once again in search of honey. Along the way, he meets his pals, Tigger, Piglet, Rabbit and Owl, but soon discovers that Christopher Robin has been captured by the mysterious Backson! As they prepare for a rescue operation, the animals learn about teamwork, friendship and, of course… sharing snacks.
Children aged 10-14 will be performing Shrek The Musical JR
Once upon a time, in a faraway swamp, there lived an ogre named Shrek. One day, Shrek finds his swamp invaded by banished fairytale misfits who have been cast off by Lord Farquaad, a tiny terror with big ambitions. When Shrek sets off with a wisecracking donkey to confront Farquaad, he’s handed a task — if he rescues feisty princess Fiona, his swamp will be righted. Shrek tries to win Fiona’s love and vanquish Lord Farquaad, but a fairytale wouldn’t be complete without a few twists and turns along the way.
Young adults aged 13-18 will be performing A Chorus Line: Teen Edition
A Chorus Line is a stunning concept musical capturing the spirit and tension of a Broadway chorus audition. Exploring the inner lives and poignant ambitions of professional Broadway performers, the show features one powerhouse number after another. Memorable musical numbers include “What I Did for Love,” “One,” “I Can Do That,” “At the Ballet,” “The Music and the Mirror,” and “I Hope I Get It.” A brilliantly complex fusion of song, dance, and compellingly authentic drama, the show was instantly recognized as a classic.
Summer Camp Session 3: July 15 – August 9, 2024
Children aged 10-14 will be performing Disney’s Beauty and The Beast JR. This session runs 6PM – 9PM on the following dates: July 15th, July 16th, July 17th, July 18th, July 22nd, July 23rd, July 24th, July 25th, July 29th, July 31st, Aug 1st, Aug 5th, Aug 6th, Aug 7th, and Aug 9th. The performances will be on Saturday, August 10th at 10AM and Sunday, August 11th at 10AM.
